- Mix in 1 chopped capsicum and cook for just a minute to retain its crunch.
- To spice it up, add turmeric powder (¼ TSP), red chili powder (½ TSP), cumin powder (½ TSP), coriander powder (1 TSP), garam masala powder (¼ TSP). Mix well.
- Pour in 5–6 TBSP water and let it cook for a few minutes, to create a thick, mushy consistency of the gravy.
- Enhance the taste by adding tomato ketchup (2 TSP) and green chili sauce (1 TSP). Mix well.Toss the bread cubes into the pan and mix gently to coat them with the flavorful masala. The bread cubes should absorb the gravy while staying intact and retaining their texture.
